Depending on your needs and budget, we have three packages for you to choose from

   

Turquoise Fringe Package

Prices start at $2,000

This package is ideal for those that want the benefits of full service planning but want to control costs, It also covers the services of your wedding planner to plan your wedding ceremony and reception. You’ll also have generous access to many of our professional  services.

In summary, this package gives you the full support of a wedding planner while keeping your costs lower because you’ll take on the smaller but more time consuming tasks.

This package includes:

  • Unlimited email and phone consultations
  • Generous in person consultations (one per month, one a week the first & last  month) depending on  location
  • Professional Planning – Assistance with  planning for your wedding ceremony and reception
  • Vendor Referrals – Qualified connections with the right vendors for your wedding
  • Vendor Liaison – All contract negotiations and point of contact for every vendor you’ll be using for your wedding day
  • Budget Breakdown – Preliminary plan for your wedding budget, support on  self-tracking
  • Venue Designing Services – Set up, tear down, design plans, decoration ideas, walk  throughs, floor plan
  • Day-of Coordination Services – Complete  supervision of all day of  activities, vendors management, problem solving for emergencies and bridal party support for up to 10 hours
  • Invitations – Support with ordering and selections, instructions on self-assembly
  • Timelines Development – Creation and  distribution of timelines to vendors, bridal party, family  members.
  • Rehearsal Coordination – Conduct rehearsal
  • Full-Price upcharge for “rush” planning for dates with three months or less
  • Discounted rates for additional planning services

*Weddings in excess of  200 guests may be subject to additional fees of starting at $500, ask for more details

**Rush Planning Upcharge:  Weddings with less than 3 months to plan may be assessed an additional fee of  $100 per month of available planning time.  Wedding dates with less than 6 weeks to plan will be assessed a $200 rush fee.  You will be informed in advance if this would apply to your wedding.

Rose Gold Package

Prices start at $3,000

Our most popular package, this package covers all the services your planner will perform in the planning of  your wedding ceremony and reception from the first day of  planning all the way to the day after, even down to the guest  list and invitations. You’ll  receive a customized wedding  notebook with checklists, planning timelines and budget  breakdowns specifically matched to your wedding vision.

You’ll have full access to your planners along with other many professional services, and won’t have to  worry about a single detail.

In summary, this package gives you complete full service wedding planning while letting your budget and wedding needs determine your additional labor costs.  This package is optimal for those who are interested in a budget-friendly way to get full service planning.

This package includes:

  • Unlimited consultations – In person, phone and email (depending upon location)
  • Unlimited planning – Full assistance with every aspect of your planning for your wedding ceremony and reception concierge service for shopping for wedding supplies
  • Customized Wedding Planning Notebook
  • Vendor Referrals – Qualified connections with the right vendors for your wedding
  • Vendor Liaison – All contract negotiations and point of contact for every vendor you’ll be using for your wedding day
  • Budget Breakdown and Tracking – Preliminary plan for your wedding budget, monitoring of all payments both made and due
  • Venue Designing Services – Set up, tear down, design plans, decoration ideas, walk throughs, floor plan
  • Day-of Coordination Services – Complete  supervision of all day of  activities, vendors management, problem solving for emergencies and bridal party support for up to 10 hours
  • Invitations – Up to 10 hours for addressing, preparation, ordering and tracking RSVPs for invitations. Does not include the costs of postage and/or invitation design and printing fees
  • Timelines Development – Creation and distribution of timelines to vendors, bridal party, family members
  • Wedding Rehearsals – Conduct up to two rehearsals in addition to any preliminary work required for the Big Day
  • Rental Returns and Pick up – Obtain and/or return any items from rental vendors including the cake, tuxedos or linens. This does not include delivery of large items normally handled by delivery trucks as in chairs, tables, etc.
  • Products within our rental shop will be available for your use
  • Full-price upcharge for “rush” planning for dates with three months or less planning time
  • Discounted rates for additional planning services

*Weddings in excess of 175 guests may be subject to additional fees starting at $600

**“Rush Planning Upcharge” for wedding dates with less than three months to plan will be assessed with an additional fee of $150 per month. Upcharge will be based on available planning time

***Wedding dates with less than six weeks to plan will be assessed a $300 rush fee

Purple Passion Package

Prices start at $3,500

For the ultimate in planning needs, this package covers all your planning needs and all the assistants we’ll be using — from the first day of planning all the way to the day after, we even handle the guest list and invitations.  You’ll receive a customized wedding notebook with checklists, planning timelines and budget breakdowns specifically matched to your wedding.

You will have full access to everything our planners can do for you including etiquette questions, design information and referrals.

In summary, this package covers every detail needed from beginning to end of your wedding planning.  You’ll need nothing, except sit back and enjoy the unfailing moments!

This package includes:

  • Unlimited consultations – in person, phone and email (depending upon location)
  • Unlimited planning – Full assistance with every aspect of your planning
  • Unlimited ‘concierge’ service – shopping, errands, gift wrapping, if you need it done for your wedding, we’ll do it!
  • Customized Wedding Planning Notebook
  • Timeline Development – Creation and distribution of timelines to vendors, bridal party, groom entourage and family members
  • Vendor Referrals – Qualified connections with the right vendors for your wedding
  • Vendor Liaison – All contract negotiations and point of contact for every vendor you’ll be using for your wedding day
  • Budget Breakdown and Monitoring – Preliminary plan for your wedding budget, monitoring of all payments both made and due.
  • Venue Designing Services – Set up, tear down, design plans, decoration ideas, walk throughs, floor plan
  • Day-of Coordination Services – Complete supervision of all day of  activities, vendors management, problem solving for emergencies and bridal party support for up to 12 hours
  • Invitations – Up to 10 hours for addressing, preparation, ordering and tracking RSVPs for invitations. Does not include the costs of postage and/or invitation design and printing fees
  • Custom Backdrop / Step & Repeat – One custom design banner will be included up to 8′ ft x 8′ ft. Larger sizes are available for an additional fee
  • All assistant hours – This package includes all assistants needed for day of, rehearsal and any planning phases
  • Wedding Rehearsal – Up to 10 hours for conducting wedding rehearsals plus any preliminary work
  • Rehearsal Dinner Planning – Up to 10 hours for coordinating the rehearsal dinner
  • Bridesmaid’s Luncheon Planning – Up to 5 hours
  • Wedding Brunch Planning – Up to 5 hours
  • Rental Returns and Pick up – Obtain and/or return any items from rental vendors including the cake, tuxedos or linens. This does not include delivery of large items normally handled by delivery trucks as in chairs, tables, etc.
  • Half – price upcharge for “rush” planning for dates with less than three months planning time

*Weddings in excess of 150 guests may be subject to additional fees starting at $650

**“Rush Planning Upcharge” for wedding dates with less than three months to plan will be assessed with an additional fee of $225 per month. Upcharge will be based on available planning time

**Wedding dates with less than six weeks planning time will be assessed a $350 rush fee
